What Myrelle is

Myrelle arranges doctor-performed skin services delivered at your home in serviceable areas of Mumbai. All medical procedures are performed by certified, qualified doctors. Myrelle operates the platform, the booking system, and the customer experience around the doctor's care.

Booking and suitability

• A booking is confirmed when the ₹500 booking amount is paid and a consultation window is reserved.
• Every service is conditional on a video consultation at which the doctor confirms suitability. The doctor's clinical judgment is final.
• You agree to give accurate information about your health, skin, medications, and history. Withholding information can make a procedure unsafe.
• A written consent form is signed before any procedure is performed.

Payments

• The ₹500 booking amount is adjusted against your session price.
• The balance is payable through the secure payment link sent after your session. Prices shown on the site are final — no additional charges are added at the door.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.

Your responsibilities at a home visit

• Provide a clean, private space with access to a power outlet and water.
• Follow the pre-care instructions sent before the visit.
• Ensure an adult is present for the full duration of the visit.

Limitations
