Skin is personal. Privacy is one of the reasons Myrelle exists, and it applies to your data as much as your doorstep. This is a plain-language draft prepared for the pilot and is pending formal legal review. [LEGAL REVIEW PENDING]
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, phone number, pincode, chosen protocol, and consultation slot.
- Payment records: processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
- Consultation notes: written by your doctor to deliver your care safely, stored securely and visible only to your care team.
- Site analytics: we use Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
What we do with it
- Deliver and coordinate your bookings, consultations, and visits.
- Send you service messages on WhatsApp and email about your bookings and aftercare.
- Improve our services and measure our advertising.
What we never do
- Sell your personal information.
- Publish any photo or detail of your care without written consent.
- Share your medical information beyond the doctor treating you.
Retention and deletion
Booking and clinical records are retained as required for medical record-keeping obligations. To request deletion of your marketing data or to opt out of messages, contact us on WhatsApp — every drip message also carries an opt-out.
