A certified, qualified doctor — always. You will see your doctor's name and qualifications as soon as your booking is confirmed, and meet them on a video call before anything else happens.
Why do I pay ₹500 to book?
It reserves a doctor's consult window within 24 hours, and it is fully adjusted against your session price. It is a booking amount, not an extra fee.
What happens on the video consult?
The doctor reviews your skin on a WhatsApp video call, confirms the protocol suits you, answers your questions, and fixes your home-visit slot. Nothing is booked in stone before this call.
What is your refund policy?
If the doctor decides at the consult that a protocol is not right for you, your ₹500 is refunded in full. You can reschedule once at no cost. A no-show forfeits the booking amount.
How do I pay the balance?
After your session is completed, you receive a secure Razorpay payment link on WhatsApp for the balance — your session price minus the ₹500 already paid.
